To ensure continuity of learning during the pandemic, we implemented an online learning solution with hands-on workshops, utilizing tools and machines. With our solution, we transitioned from 100% in-person training to a hybrid learning approach, with 60% online for the general public and 40% at our training center.
The effectiveness of our online solutions in meeting the learning objectives of vocational training will be complemented by practical workshop courses. Trainees will work on real cases of mold and die manufacturing in the workshop. With this combined approach, we can truly prepare tomorrow’s mold and die technicians, machinists, and skilled workers.
Our program helps train students in the mold and die manufacturing process, from design to machining parts and assembling molds. This is done using machine tools to remove excess material. In addition to metal, parts can be made from many other materials. The goal of these cutting operations is to produce a part that conforms to a set of specifications, usually in the form of technical drawings commonly referred to as plans.
