Mold School
Our training Program is structured around skills building philosophy using real case studies and on field trainings using real professional machines. Regardless of a person’s job function it is imperative they understand each of our core disciplines of the injection molding industry: Plastic Materials, Part Design, Injection Molding Technology; computer-aided mold design & Engineering; computer-aided manufacturing (CAM), CNC Machining, electro-erosion machining (EDM), mold’s parts making, controlling and assembling. Molds are tried in our Training center using an injection molding machines and parts are produced.
Students who successfully complete all courses and pass tests are awarded a Mold Specialist, Plastics Technology and Engineering Certificate or a specific certification upon to his training scenario recognizing their achievement.
Moditec Program is similar to professional mold making companies processes. The rigor of the program is similar to courses in a university degree program as each course is equivalent to a credit course.

- The Moditec Program’s format was designed around a unique Learning Model, which maximizes knowledge retention. The program runs as follows:
- An Online learning for understanding the basics of mold engineering, using our online platform with homework and interactive online review meetings. After every course, they will take a test on their current topic before moving on.

- An on-field training in our Company ending by making a real molds and trying them with injection molding machines.
- Four Months long courses/ Training at the Moditec Training center.
- The entire program usually takes about six months to complete, and we do allow flexibility for students needing more time to complete the program.

How to Enroll
- All potential Moditec students must first complete our free Moditec Enrollment Evaluation. Upon completion, an Moditec Director will personally meet with each student to review the results of the evaluation. The purposes of this meeting are to:
- Discuss current knowledge level compared to the average student
- Answer questions related to the rigor and format of the program
- Provide further guidance to help ensure success within the program
